Q: When does the theater open?
A: Our doors open 20 minutes before the start of the first show.

Q: Is there an R Rated Policy?
A: Yes. Effective March 8, 2024: Guests 17 or older may purchase ONE ticket, for themselves only, after presenting a valid ID. Guests under 17 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian who is 21 or older for the full duration of the film.

Q: Does the theater offer Senior discounts?
A: We have a Senior discount for those above 62 years old. We also have discounted tickets for everyone, everyday before 12 PM and all day on Wednesday.

Q: What is the theater’s refund policy?
A: There are no refunds on online tickets. If you have purchased tickets for the wrong day or time, call us at (401) 642 - 8062 before purchasing additional tickets and we can help move your tickets to the correct show. If you can no longer make your reservation, please retain your booking and we will accept them at future shows, subject to available seating.
